• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours on business days
• A processing fee of ₦50 applies to each withdrawal
• You must provide accurate bank account details
• We are not responsible for errors in user-provided information

For VTU services:

• Services are delivered instantly upon successful payment
• Ensure you provide correct recipient details
• Refunds are only available for failed transactions
• Prices may change without prior notice

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or abuse other users or staff
